Personal growth is a difficult thing to do for many people. Being able to imagine how a better version of them could do life can be hard - especially when they don’t know how to recognise or work with a particular issue that is holding them back somehow.

You and Krysten will discuss and agree on the therapeutic approach you’re going to use together, as per your individual needs. The therapeutic approaches Krysten most often uses are:

Psychological Assessment
Psychological assessment can be used to help someone understand how it is that they individually function and therefore, why they struggle with certain things. This also allows a psychologist to make individualized recommendations, regarding how someone can be supported with their presenting issues. This allows the person, individually or with their supports, to improve the quality of their life over time.
Krysten provides a range of assessment to young people and adults, depending on the issue/s they’re being referred for. This can include diagnostic assessment (e.g., Learning impairments, Autism Spectrum Disorder) or assessment to determine someone’s individual functioning, as per the diagnosis they are living with (e.g., Schizophrenia, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder).
